How is Accurait different from other lease platforms?
Most platforms do lease accounting or lease management. Accurait does both, plus AI lease abstraction, on one shared data layer. That means the same lease data flows from your PDF through your operations team to your IFRS 16 disclosures, without anyone retyping it.
Does Accurait support AASB 16 and IFRS 16?
Yes, both are native, not an add-on. The platform was built in Australia for Australian and international finance teams.
How long does implementation take?
Most clients abstract their first 100 leases within a week of signing and go live across operations and finance within 30 days.
Can the C-Suite use it directly?
Yes. The portfolio dashboard is designed to be read in 30 seconds by an executive who has not had training.
How does Accurait use AI?
The Lease AI extraction engine was developed in partnership with CSIRO’s Data61. It reads commercial leases and pulls out the data you specify.
Is Accurait secure?

Does Accurait replace spreadsheets?
That is usually the first thing it does. Most clients retire their lease spreadsheets in the first month.
